Services

Where your brand gets abused — and what we do about it

Infringement is rarely a single listing. It is a pattern across marketplaces, domains, ads and social platforms. We work all of them at once.

Marketplace enforcement

Counterfeit and unauthorised listings on Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Alibaba, Shopee and regional platforms. We file removals through official brand-protection channels and escalate repeat sellers rather than playing whack-a-mole.

Anti-phishing & fraud

Fake login pages, payment scams and lookalike sites impersonating your company. We handle takedowns with registrars, hosts and CERTs, and add the domains to browser blocklists so users are warned immediately.

Domain monitoring

Typosquats, homoglyphs and new registrations built around your trademark. We track new gTLD releases daily and pursue UDRP or direct recovery on the domains that actually pose a risk.

Social media impersonation

Fake brand pages, cloned executive profiles and scam accounts running giveaways in your name. We work verified escalation paths on Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram.

Anti-piracy & DMCA

Leaked courses, cracked software, stolen creative assets and unauthorised resales. We issue DMCA notices at volume and remove pirated copies from search results as well as the hosts serving them.

Monitoring & reporting

Continuous surveillance with a clear monthly picture: what was found, what came down, what is contested, and where repeat offenders cluster. Evidence packaged so your legal team can act if escalation is needed.

Process

How it works

You should see removals in the first weeks, not a roadmap. We start with a free audit so the scale of the problem is known before anyone signs anything.

01 — Audit

We map the damage, free

Within a few days you get a list of infringing listings, lookalike domains and fake accounts we found, ranked by risk to revenue and to customer trust.

02 — Enforce

Takedowns start immediately

We file through official brand channels, registrars and hosting providers. Most listings and phishing sites come down within days; contested cases get escalated with a documented evidence trail.

03 — Monitor

Watch, so it does not return

Infringers re-list under new names. Continuous monitoring catches them early, and repeat sellers are pursued as a network rather than one listing at a time.

04 — Report

You see exactly what you paid for

Monthly reporting on volumes, removal rates and recovered domains — plus recommendations on trademark gaps worth closing.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What is brand protection?

Brand protection is the practice of finding and removing unauthorised commercial use of a brand online — counterfeit listings, phishing and lookalike websites, impersonating social accounts, and pirated digital products. It combines continuous monitoring with enforcement through marketplaces, registrars, hosting providers and platform legal channels.

Do I need a registered trademark?

A registered trademark makes enforcement significantly faster, because most marketplaces and registrars require it for their brand-protection programmes. Without one we can still act on copyright grounds, fraud reports and platform impersonation policies — but we will usually recommend closing the trademark gap in your main markets.

How quickly do takedowns happen?

Marketplace listings typically come down within two to seven days once filed through official channels. Phishing domains are often faster, since hosts and registrars treat active fraud as urgent. Contested cases and domain recovery through UDRP run on a longer timeline — weeks to a few months.

Which regions do you cover?

Global, including Chinese and Southeast Asian marketplaces where much counterfeit supply originates. Engagements run in English and Russian.

How is pricing structured?

A monthly retainer based on the number of platforms monitored and expected enforcement volume, agreed after the free audit. Large domain recovery cases are quoted separately, since registry and legal fees vary by jurisdiction.
